Elara is the youngest child of Lita and Rand Treavor, which makes her the youngest of five sisters.
Despite the age difference between them, Elara and Leda have a deep relationship. Elara is very close to Camilla of Mercury. While her sisters go into government or science, Elara becomes a healer and trains in several places. Eventually, she returns to the palace and serves as the healer there. Elara's sisters eventually marry. However, she goes from relationship to relationship. She develops a reputation as a man-eater in the kingdom. It is a reputation she does not deserve. |

Elara is Sailor Elara, wielder of the powers of healing and of harm. Queen Serenity warns her about her powers, and it is a warning she heeds well.
While Sailor Europa isn't as strong as Sailor Jupiter Moon, she is a formidable opponent. Her most powerful attack invokes the Death Siren. However, the attack leaves her quite weakened. Over time, Sailor Europa has grown into her powers and she serves as a great ally in the continuing battle against the Shadow Moon Empire. |
