Ilene is the daughter of Lita and Rand Trevor. She is younger than Caitlyn and close in age to Lysia.
While Leda is the heir and Caitlyn went into law and politics, Ilene followed her love of plants, running a successful nursery in the Jovian capital. It is in her shop that she meets her husband Adam. Her nuturing continues with the birth of her daughter Adrastea. Although Ilene has carved a life away from the palace, she still keeps her ties to it. She is close to her sisters. If they need her help, she will be there without question. |

Ilene is Sailor Io, wielder of the powers of earth. It is this element that Sailor Jupiter Moon uses in some of her combined attacks.
While Sailor Io isn't as strong as Sailor Jupiter Moon, she is a formidable opponent. Unlike her sisters, the most powerful attack of Sailor Io is never seen in the series. However, the after-effect is seen, leaving her unconscious. She also have some defensive abilities as she exhibited on Charon. Over time, Sailor Io has grown into her powers and she serves as a great ally in the continuing battle against the Shadow Moon Empire. |
