7/19/12 I'm back!

I realize that it has been more than a year since I have updated this site. My only excuse is that my real life has kept me very, very busy.

I have finished my Harry Potter fic "Latrunculus" by posting parts 17-20. As always, any feedback is greatly appreciated.

1/23/2011 Happy anniversary to me!

The Sanctuary has turned 12. This site has come a long way from the cheesy list of my favorite links to an archive of my writing, both original and fanfiction.

I've finished editing Books II and III of Sailor Sol. I'm working on finishing Latrunculus for Harry Potter as well as a one-shot for a new fandom for me. So expect an update soon.

5/2/10 An update.

I've added a new poem called "A Little Too Late" under original work. I've also added the next part of my Harry Potter fic "Latrunculus" and finished my Firefly fic "What the Reader Learned".

1/26/10 Finally, an update.

I realize that it's been almost a year since I have updated. The past year has been tough for me both personally and professionally. As a result, I have not been writing.

But this has finally changed.

I have a short story called "The Muse Auditions" and a poem called "Ponder". Both can be found in the original works section. I've edited Book I of Sailor Sol and currently editing Book II.

I plan to finish several storylines soon such as "Latrunculus" (Harry Potter), "What the Reader Learned" (Firefly), and "Daughters of the Goddess" (original). I promise to finish these projects and others (like "The Journey Forward" (Gundam Wing) and "Sailor Sol: Dark is the Night") before starting any other multi-part projects.

In other news, the Sanctuary has been around for 11 years. I plan to keep it around for many years to come.

3/21/09 It's an update.

I have added the next three parts of "What the Reader Learned" for Firefly. The next part of "Daughters of the Goddess" (original) is up, too. A short narrative called "Gold" can be found in the original work section as well.

And speaking of Harry Potter, "The Muggle Incident" is a new one-shot. There a Ben 10: Alien Force drabble ("What She Deserves") and a Star Wars inspired poem in the Misc fanfiction section.

I'm continuing to write as I can. I hope to finish Daughters and my Harry Potter series Latrunculus soon.

And it's the big 10th anniversary of the site!

In honor of such an important milestone, we have an update. I have added the next part of "What the Reader Learned" for my Firefly fics. A new original poem called "Trepidation" is up as well.

I hope to get back on a more regular updating schedule so I can finish a few in-progress projects. I do appreciate your on-going patience.

I've added the next part of my original story "Daughters of the Goddess". There are two new poems, My Hometown and A Second Death, too. All are found under Original Work.

I've also added a one-shot called "Queen Susan's Boon". It's from the Chronicles of Narnia. It's under the miscellaneous fanfiction section.

I have added parts 10-13 for my Gundam Wing fanfic "The Journey Forward". There is a new one-shot called "In Memoriam" from the movie Wanted. It can be found in the misc. fanfic section.

7/12/08 An update.

Hello, all. I have added three new one-shots to the miscellaneous fanfics. One is for Twilight. The others are for new fandoms for me: Chronicles of Narnia and The Other Boleyn Girl.

As for original work, I have added several new poems. They range from the humorous ("A Bad Day") to the serious ("Broken"). They can be found in the original work section.

Both the original work and misc fanfic sections have images added to each work. The poems "Kitty, Kitty" and "Tell Me a Tale" feature original photos from me. And in that vein, I've added DeviantArt as a new affiliation as I have recently joined and have been submitting some of my photographs.

As for the next update, I'm still planning to have new parts for "Latrunculus" from Harry Potter and "The Journey Forward" from Gundam Wing. Stay patient with me.

5/15/08 A small update but it still counts.

I have added the next part to my original multi-part story "Daughters of the Goddess". There is a story called "Adopting Allura", which explains why I have my penname. I also have a story for a new fandom. Check out "Help Me to Forget" from "The Mummy" in the misc fanfiction section.

For the next update, I hope to have new parts for "Latrunculus" from Harry Potter and "The Journey Forward" from Gundam Wing.

I have added a Harry Potter one-shot called "I Never Knew" which features a married Ron and Hermione. I have a new poem, "Quiet", and a new short story, "Inheritance", both are in the original work section. I have also edited some of my Voltron stories.

For fanfiction, I have a X-Men: Evo one-shot under the misc section. I have edited a previous Voltron story called "Remembrance". A blast from the past, I know.

I have three parts posted for my original story "Daughters of the Goddess". I have two new misc fanfics. "Echoes from the Past" is from Heroes and "Obvious" is from House. I have moved my Firefly/Serenity fanfics to their own page.

Next month will be the ninth anniversary of Sarah's Sanctuary. Hard to believe that it's been going on this long.

I've also added the third part of my original story "Daughters of the Goddess". I have a drabble posted, too. It was inspired by a challenge on Fanlib.com. Both are under the Original Work section.

8/8/07 Oh, yes, an update.

I've added the next two parts of The Journey Foward (Gundam Wing). Also the next part of Latrunculus (Harry Potter) is posted. Two one-shots are added: The Seer's Curse (Escaflowne) and The Ferryman's Price (Pirates of the Caribbean), both under the Misc fanfics.

I have alo edited the first book of Jupiter's Gone, rewriting some of the first chapter. I'm already working on the edit of the second book. Let me know what you think.

Next update should include new parts of Daughters of the Goddess (original) and What the Reader Learned (Firefly). I will try to have a new part for either The Journey Forward, Latrunculus, or Sailor Sol as well. Be patient as I try to juggle work, study, and writing.

I have added the next chapter of Sol (AU): Dark is the Night. I have added a new fic as well. It's a Trigun fic called Beyond A Sky So Blue. It can be found under my Misc fics.

I finished A Hero's Journey with my last update. I am working on a sequel. I wanted to get a lot of it planned it before I start writing and posting.

I am working on the character profiles for Jupiter's Gone. I haven't posted anything yet. However, I hope to do so soon.

I have parts 53-54 up for Hero's Journey. Story's winding down but there are still a few surprises left. Stay patient with me.

This school year is winding down for me. However, that means major tests are coming, tests that can decide my future. So, I will be buckling down and hitting the books. What does that mean for readers? Probably no update until June. Sorry, but school stuff has to come first.
